terms of servise

1)By buying with us, you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions.
2) Design and specifications
 All items are made to customer order. All designs and sizes presented on the website are our recommendations and most part of goods can be made to customers specifications.
 3) Delivery and Collection
 Any customer is free to check his order prior to collection. We take no responsibility for goods damaged on delivery by any third party. We take responsibility for any goods delivered buy us up to the moment customer receives his order at desired address. Items are delivered assembled and wrapped in transparent plastic. All items can be fitted if requested. Customer is able to check all the goods before we leave the premises.
 At the moment we accept cash on delivery and cash at the factory. If cash on delivery is chosen the following steps are taken: -goods are delivered to customer premises. -goods are unpacked and customer is able to check everything. if customer is not happy with items, no payment is required. we collect our goods and leave premises. If customer is happy then we receive the payment.
  5) Returns and cancellations
 5.1) Our recommended designs.
 Customer can cancel order any time before goods are placed into customer property and will be fully refunded. We will do a refund or replace goods if they are faulty. It is customer responsibility to deliver goods back to the factory to get a refund. We have the rights to test quality of returned goods before the refund is made.
     We will do a refund within 14 days time from the moment we receive returned goods. We do not accept and refund modified goods. This includes taking off or adding any part to any goods by customer, any extra wholes, change of colours etc.
 5.2) Custom made orders.
 Custom made orders are not refunded. Faulty Parts and items will be replaced. We will keep 40% of order price to cover our expenses.
